The Maintenance Department upholds the charm and character of every the building within Wynmoor Community. From filling the occasional pothole on Wynmoor Circle to painting the buildings, the Maintenance Department provides many services to keep Wynmoor’s structures looking great.
Handy Man Service
Did the handle fall off your cabinet door? Do you purchase light bulbs and you need someone to install it for you? Just give the Wynmoor Maintenance Department a call and set up an appointment for a handyman to come help you! Maintenance provides plumbers, carpenters, and electricians at a low cost to assist residents in minor repairs around their apartments. Residents supply materials, Maintenance supplies the hardware. * If there is something you would like done, and it’s not listed, give us a call and we may be able to help. *

Pricing and Appointments
Handyman appointments can be scheduled by calling 954-978-2640, Monday-Friday from 7 AM – 4 PM.
Appointment times: 8 AM -12 PM & 12:30 PM -2:30 PM
$20.00 per half hour per employee plus materials (half-hour minimum) * Time not to exceed two (2) hours *
Need new keys for your unit? To re-key your front door: $25.00 (includes 2 keys. Additional keys are $2.00 each. To replace your lock $75.00
If you notice a burnt out catwalk light, street light, parking lot light or other building light that is out, call the Lights Out! Hotline and the Maintenance Department will have it taken care of as soon as possible. For assistance call: 954-968-2517
Every year, inspections are performed by maintenance personnel to ensure the buildings are in optimum shape and that no major repairs need to be performed. They check for cracks in the buildings, foundation issues, lights that are out, door frames that need to be replaced and much more. They are committed to ensuring the building is maintained properly for the safety, welfare and aesthetics of the community.
Every now and then, an air conditioner will break down, a pipe will fracture, or a severe rain storm may lead to a leak in a ceiling or wall. If this happens, call the Maintenance Department as soon as possible to prevent further damage or potential flooding to your or your neighbor’s apartment. They will send someone to inspect the damage and see what repairs must be done to fix the problem. If a leak occurs after hours, please call Emergency Security at 954-968-2663.
The Wynmoor Pool Crew is responsible for maintaining the pools, keeping them clean and at the right temperature. They ensure the lights and filter systems are functioning properly and the chemicals are balanced correctly.
