Wynmoor Village has a population of over 9,000, residing in 5,260 units, consisting of 44 independent Condominium Associations. Wynmoor “Community Council”, the master association, has a 44-member Board of Directors, (One representative from each association).
The Council Board of Directors oversees the maintenance and operation of the Council facilities, including the Theatre, Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, Main and Walking Pools, Country Clubhouse, Transportation Fleet, ect. The 5,260 unit owners in Wynmoor wholly own these amenities. Our fully trained professional staff of over 200, are dedicated to the common goal of promoting excellent “customer” service.
